Enjoy 60 varieties of premium all-you-can-eat sushi at Hinasushi, ranging from classics to seasonal specialties. The restaurant has two locations: one in Ginza and the other in Ikebukuro. If you’re looking to fill up on sushi while sightseeing in Tokyo, this is the place to check out.

Why We Recommend This

  • This is an all-you-can-eat high-end sushi restaurant boasting a selection of 60 different kinds of toppings carefully selected by the chefs. The fish is shipped directly from fishing ports every day, guaranteeing its freshness. In addition to the classics such as fatty tuna, sea urchin, roe, salmon, and shrimp, the restaurant also offers a variety of irregular menu items like the recommendation of the month made from seasonal ingredients or a special sushi limited to one serving per person.
  • One all-you-can-eat session is limited to two hours. During it, customers choose up to 20 sushi toppings at a time by filling out an order form. The paper is written in both English and Japanese. An all-you-can-drink menu including alcoholic beverages can be added for an additional charge.
  • The sushi is carefully prepared by hand by the skilled chefs, who concentrate not just on the fish but also on things like the texture of the rice. Please enjoy the exquisite final sushi as it melts in your mouth.
  • The restaurant is spacious, allowing the tables to be arranged comfortably. Hinasushi can be used for a variety of events, from a date to a meal with family and friends. While they do accommodate walk-ins, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance so you don’t have to wait long for a table.
  • The Ginza location is directly connected to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Station on the 2nd floor of the Nishiginza Department Store. The Ikebukuro branch is located on the 7th floor of LABI1 LIFE SELECT Ikebukuro, a large electronics retail store just in front of the East Exit of Ikebukuro Station. Both locations are very easy to access.
